“Sharing with my students everything that yoga has revealed to me and gives me still on a daily basis is essential to me.”

About me

I’m always moving, coordinating and training both my mind and body. I am connected to nature and all its elements such as the ocean waves, the desert lands or the snow on the mountain tops; all of these natural surroundings bring joy to me!
My body is free whether it is just my feet, legs and arms or, whether I am trapped on a snowboard or am swinging a racket, in the solitude of my silence or in the company of music... my body and I have always entered the so-called "Sports World" with love.
Thanks to my upbringing, scholastic path and hard work, I have been able to make sport, my lifelong passion, into a profession
I graduated in communication sciences and certified as a fitness and pilates teacher. I worked for several years in the marketing sector of important sports companies, while also teaching in various sport centers.

Yoga

Then, suddenly one day, I found YOGA. Or shall I say yoga found me!
Yoga in alta quota.
It was an important moment in my life, marked by changes and responsibilities and everything felt up in the air. I needed something to help me stop but at the same time move.
Yoga a casa.
From the first moment I stepped onto the mat and started practicing, I felt a sense of rebirth. Yoga opened my eyes and my heart to discover new dimensions of the body and soul, revealing to me the path to a new profound exploration of my being. This new understanding was completely different from what sport had taught me up until that moment.

I understand and agree with those who underline the difference between yoga and sport. In yoga there are no results to achieve, a score to obtain or a race to win.

There is physicality, alignment, concentration, balance, strength, constancy and discipline but then there is tuning into one's own unique breath, being present in a precise moment and in listening to one's own SELF.
On the yoga mat there are no leaps backwards towards past experiences or leaps forwards towards future goals, there are only leaps in the present towards the perception and knowledge of how we are now on a physical, mental and spiritual level. There is acceptance and evolution, accompanied by listening to one’s personal, individual harmony in order to feel good in one's body and head.
The āsanas and breathing make me feel alive and free. They allow me to listen to my inner silence and create energy at the same time. Unrolling the mat and stepping onto it is a moment of pure and intense magic. It is a "state of being" and the key that led me to choose to teach others so that they too can achieve this magical state of being.
Yoga al mare
All human beings, no matter what their age, body shape, life experiences and physical/mental state of being, can benefit from this experience, this path and this way of life. I wish that everyone could become "magicians" or “healers” of their own life and learn how to listen to themselves, connecting, transforming and making magic consciously and unconsciously inside and outside themselves!

Studies

Following my first Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training in Italy, I continued to study while traveling from Spain to Indonesia, from the United States to Switzerland following seminars, workshops and teacher trainings with teachers that I still carry in my heart such as Janet Stone, Baron Baptiste, Juan Carlos Russo, Meghan Currie, Bryan Kest, Eyal Shifroni and Paige Elenson.

With these yoga instructors I was able to experience different "styles", from Power to Bhakti Yoga, from Acro to Hatha Yoga, from Iyengar to Vinyasa Yoga and I am eternally grateful to them. Each one of these people have given me unique opportunities for personal growth and transmitted their passion for yoga. They taught me the importance of technique, sequences, physical assistance and meditation. They opened my eyes to the philosophy of yoga and the introspective journey that you embark on when you listen and are there for others.
Yoga equals connection and I believe that there is never an end to studying, receiving, giving and meeting new people.

Teaching

Teaching allows me to express who I am with all my certainties and uncertainties, passions and hesitations, openings and closures. I help students by guiding them when doing their asana and they become warriors, wheels or trees. Every single asana, every single sequence, is an opportunity for infinite exploration!
While on the yoga mat the choices are limitless; you can stay at a listening level through the stretching of your muscles, the alignment of your skeleton or the beating of your heart but you can also enter a deeper level through listening to your breathing, to the sensations that come from your senses and from the fluidity of your body's movements.
Sharing with my students everything that yoga has revealed to me and gives me still on a daily basis is essential to me. My lessons are tailor made as I adapt myself to my students’ starting point and their needs.
When I teach I feel like a traveling companion "exploring a new country" with each student. Just like when you organize a new trip, with yoga you can choose the destination. However from the moment of making that choice to the moment of your arrival, there is an infinite space full of surprises, adrenaline, risks, different paths and above all opportunities. This is precisely how the lesson is “co-created”. Together we choose the best path based on the present moment of the individual yogi and the group!
